Bringing out the right infrastructure in a church’s growth
It never fails me to understand why several churches have had church growth problems. Worshippers and their pastors feel that churches should be run their own way. Just like any organization, a church is an organization with a clear view in mind. They are a group of worshippers whose main goal is to find comfort and spiritual nourishment from the churches. They are waiting for the return of the Lord Jesus Christ and Savior. But this is not what is happening growth is what has brought about the increased number of churches.
Speaking the truth, if there were not so many issues in church growth there should have been just one denomination. But the occurring issue in these places of worship is what has contributed considerably to the large number of churches that crop up each single day. Some people do it for the sake of financial gain while other pastors do it for spiritual growth. Spiritual growth should be each church’s goal as they wait for their Savior’s return. It is only through growth in the church that the gospel can be preached to the entire world.
Building God’s Way has worked with several churches in their stewardship programs and in helping the churches maintain their Christian goal of church growth. They do not work with a single church organization but work with different church organizations and denominations in helping them create a lasting solution to maintaining their churches and places of worship. They use the bible and Gods required laws in creating lasting perennial solutions in maintaining congregations with one goal.
